David Abercrombie II

 

David Abercrombie grew up in Nashville and, following in his father’s footsteps, joined the Air Force. He was commissioned through the U.S. Air Force Academy and served over 20 years with the Security Forces. As a law enforcement officer, he was involved in the investigation and prosecution of a wide range of criminal offenders under the UCMJ. AS a unit commander, he exercised the full range of administrative actions to include Article 15 punishments, administrative discharges, and confinements. After a distinguished military career with worldwide service, multiple commands, and war zone deployments, he attended the University of Memphis School of Law to begin a second career as an attorney. During law school he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the National Mock Trial Competition Team.

 

Mr. Abercrombie is a Department Veterans Affairs Accredited Attorney and has helped numerous service members, veterans, and their dependents navigate the complexities of the administration to ensure their proper entitlements. Mr. Abercrombie has routinely provided pro bono services through the Memphis Area Legal Services and the Community Legal Center of Memphis.
