Overview

Welcome to Gasaway, Farmer & Associates, PLLC

Criminal and Family Law Firm

My name is Carrie Gasaway. There is nothing I like more than trying a jury trial. I love going to court knowing that I am thoroughly prepared with the facts of the case. And I love challenging the opposition's evidence and arguments. Through my relentless defense strategy, I have earned a reputation as an aggressive litigator.

Since 2001, I have had my own law practice. At Gasaway, Farmer & Associates, PLLC, I am joined by two associates who also focus their practice on litigation. Together we provide representation for criminal cases, family law and military cases.

Please call our Clarksville office at 931-245-0077 for an appointment.

A Strong Defense Requires Energy and Dedication

If you are charged with a crime, you may be fighting for your life. So why would you choose a criminal defense lawyer who is not interested in doing the work it takes to defend you? Too many defense attorneys are content to strike the first deal they can with the district attorney. This is not the approach we take.

To build a compelling argument on your behalf, we work hard from the beginning, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and experts and preparing our strategy. We question the state's case against you at every step, whether it is for drug charges, homicide or a sex offense.

Family Law and Military Representation

Our approach to family law and military cases reflects our passionate defense style. We listen to our clients and make sure that we understand their needs. Then we fight for your rights throughout the negotiation process and trial, if necessary.

To make an appointment, please call 931-245-0077 or send us an e-mail. We represent people in middle Tennessee. Off-site, evening and weekend appointments available. Credit cards accepted. Payment plans available.

If this is an emergency case and you are ready to obtain an attorney right now, call our staff investigator at 931-249-3799.
